I ordered a canvas for my Mum & Dad's Christmas present 03/11/2017 - I thought I was being prepared for Christmas... It's now Mid-December and not heard anything from them, other than they have accepted my order.

I have emailed them MULTIPLE times and I do not get any response. I have chased this company and all I have asked is if the canvas will be here for Christmas, as if not I need new present ideas and to go shopping for something else. Prior to knowing the company are ABSOLUTELY USELESS, I ordered one of their heart shaped slates for my friend for Christmas.

This was ordered mid-November, I have not received anything for this either. Utterly dissapointed, but they're not bothered and will not improve their customer service.
